Meet the Chef

With over 10 years of cooking experience, Chef Daniel has found numerous ways to enjoy and express his culinary journey. With extensive vegan and vegetarian cooking knowledge, he has explored brand new avenues that he brings to all his food. Working in different award winning kitchens in the Austin area, he has been able to hone his skills over the years precisely. With this, lead to the launch of Cafe Ollin in 2017. It was Chef Daniel’s first time as restaurant owner and founder, serving Latin and American soul food, partnered with the Santa Cruz Theater. As wonderful the experience was, Cafe Ollin has passed on due to numerous culinary path changes, yet this lead to the birth of Luscious Catering. Chef Daniel continues to build his craft and team as he delivers healthy and indulgent fine dining experiences.
