Meet the Chef

With over 12 years of cooking experience, Chef Daniel has found numerous ways to enjoy and express his culinary journey. With extensive vegan and vegetarian cooking knowledge, he has explored brand new avenues that he brings to all his food. He has worked in many different award winning kitchens in Austin, Texas and as a traveling chef has had the opportunity to chef at such places like Harvard University, Meta Facebook and Google. In 2017 I also had the honor to launch Cafe Ollin as chef partner and founder, serving Latin and American soul food, partnered with the Santa Cruz Theater. Curently Chef Daniel continues to build his craft as he delivers healthy and indulgent fine dining experiences traveling the world.
